As of December 5, 2023, a total of 11 miles have been coached to successfully register for low-carbon sustainable homes, exceeding the requirements for successful registration for 5 miles in the contract, and additional commitments have been achieved to increase the mile-level participation rate to 86.88%, and 4 miles have been assisted to obtain bronze level certification, the old port area received silver level certification, and 4 bronze level areas were reviewed for performance maintenance and management, and 9 units underwent low-carbon facility-related renovations. In terms of greenhouse gas reduction, the city’s second-phase greenhouse gas reduction implementation plan (draft) has been formulated and will be approved in June 2023. To date, the cumulative amount of carbon reduction (sequestration) has reached 97,000 metric tons, and the target achievement rate is approximately 190%. As of December 5, 2023, the overall implementation rate of the plan has reached 100%, and it meets the plan requirements if the quality is met.
